Gratitude Jars

WE HAVE THE POWER

As parents, we have the power to raise our children to be grateful, compassionate and kind adults.

Creating Gratitude Jars is a fun activity to practice gratefulness.

How to make a Gratitude Jar?

Grab an empty jar and leave it where you can see it.  Ask your children to write and discuss things they are grateful for, and then put the papers inside the jar.

Try to make this activity a habit, and part of your daily routine.
